The grand 10-foot-tall door beckons you inside to discover what luxuries await.
Have your breath taken away by the beautiful and vibrant great room. At the center of the room, a natural stone wood burning fireplace welcomes you and is sure to be just one of the amazing spots you'll make cherished memories with your group. Your eyes will immediately be drawn to the massive hand-hewn cedar arches. Handcrafted by Finish architects, they starkly contrast with the snow-white ceiling. The floor to ceiling windows perfectly frame the beautiful forest outside.
When you're ready to break out into small groups, a wet bar with an ice maker, wine fridge, glassware, and juicer is comfortably located in the corner of the great room and invites you to have great conversation without missing the game.
A chef's dream kitchen awaits the cook in your group or maybe a private chef. From the gas range with grill, built-in espresso machine, two more copper sinks, dual ovens, and Sub-Zero refrigerator the menu possibilities are endless.
There are four suites in this home, each with a fireplace and en suites, three with dual sinks in the room. The primary suite that overlooks the forest in the rear of the home also includes a soaking tub, heated floors and dual shower giving you your own private spa.
There's a reading room / office located on the main level with a fireplace and is perfect for curling up to finish that novel you've never seemed to have the time to do or an ultra lush spot to get that pressing work done. A 4th bedroom on the main level offers a King Suite, with penny lined shower, fireplace and reading chair. A great cozy spot.
Venturing upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms and a bunk room. One is the king suite with a large full bathroom. The bunk room has four trundle bunks that feature a twin XL on top and queen on the bottom. The bunk room is the perfect retreat for a large family and always the favorite of younger members in the group.
Got some youthful energy to get out? Hangout in the game room! Featuring 3 retro arcade cabinets, a cocktail arcade table, full sized air hockey and pool table! The game room also features a 4K TV and Bluetooth capable sound bar. Have fun!
Outside, you'll find a gas grill, covered patio with ceiling fan, and a 2-sided fireplace that can be viewed from the 12 person in-ground soaking tub. Staying at the Sable Rock Manor came with some great amenities. We absolutely loved the pool we had access to. Such a great pool for kids and families. It sits on the most beautiful pond and has a gorgeous view. There’s also endless trails that were a blast for all the families. The house had great bikes to use!

We had a large group and this house was perfect for us. Huge bonus that there were 4 suites (having bathrooms in the rooms were great for the families with kids). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we need for cooking for a large crowd. We really enjoyed the outside sitting area and loved the grassy park right behind the house. 10/10.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in the Caldera Springs development of Sunriver. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The home had that perfect blend of luxury and comfort—plenty of space for our group to spread out, but room to all be together when we wanted.
The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and gather around the two big dining tables. We especially loved the outdoor space—quiet, overlooking the park, and perfect for morning coffee or evenings with the deer. The location within Caldera Springs was ideal—peaceful and scenic, with easy access to the lodge, trails, lakes, and the Sunriver Village and amenities just a short drive or bike ride away.
Everything was exactly as described and more. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale Central Oregon escape!
