Our Sun River vacation, staying at Augusta 3, was great! The home was very inviting. Our check in was seamless. It was easy to access the property and we were asked if anything needed to be addressed upon arrival. We were a large extend family and ate primarily at the house. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the needs to prepare, serve and dine. The house was also very spacious, providing room for quiet time as needed.

Great house! We’ve stayed here before and couldn’t wait to return. We are a family of 16 (10 adults and 6 kids) and this house has plenty of room for us. Best part - a private pool!Check in is so easy - you get a code for the door via text when the house is ready. It’s exactly as pictured in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for feeding a big group. Gas BBQ is also great. Nice to have laundry on site, especially with kids. Beautiful setting and very close to Sunriver village. We’ll definitely be back for a 3rd stay!

Great house. in 20 years of VRBO rentals for our reunions this house had the best stocked kitchen with quality pots, pans and utensils. plenty of room. Kids loved the pool and hot tube.

There were 15 of us staying in this home for 4 days/nights over the thanksgiving holiday.
The rental folks were great to work with.
It’s nice that the home is broken up into sections that allow for some privacy.
The home is dated and for the price could use some upgrades. But overall it worked great for us and we had a very nice time.
