About this house rental
This impressive 4000+ square foot home is located ideally close to the Village Mall. This is the perfect home if you have a large group or separate families coming together as we have a large open area to be together plus each have their own separated spaces.
There is a large open layout on the main floor, which includes a great room, kitchen and dining area. The wood burning fireplace is the perfect place to curl up on cold Sunriver nights, and the 60 inch flat screen tv in the grand room is the perfect place to watch a movie. A large deck wraps around the back of the house, with access from the dining area, and the sauna room.
There are 5 bedrooms, plus a loft. There are two, newly remodeled king master bedrooms on the main level. Both have 42 inch flat screen tvs and dvd players, their own bathrooms with walk-in rain head showers and access to their own decks.
The third bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed and a 42 inch flat screen tv.
Bedroom number four is also on the main level, and has a queen sized bed and 42 inch flat screen tv. Also on the main level is a loft overlooking the grand room, with 4 twin beds. Perfect place for the kids!
The fifth bedroom is on the lower level and includes a king sized bed, and a twin over full bunk bed. It is a great layout for a small family to use! This room also has a 42 inch flat screen tv.
With brand new bedding and comforters in all the rooms, you will sleep like a baby on vacation.
Game room is also recently remodeled. Now featuring shuffleboard, ping pong, double shot basketball, Foosball, and 1980's cocktail arcade game with 1162 classic games. There are 2 couches (one is a queen sized sleeper sofa) 65 inch flat screen tv and full bathroom
We do provide high speed internet access, and cable, as well as 12 passes to the Sharc facility, which is not to be missed!
The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, so any meal you want to make is possible! And with 2 refrigerators, there is space to bring anything you might need. There is also a gas BBQ on the back deck, with picnic tables and chairs.
Relax in the HOT TUB at the end of a long day of activities!
There is a double car garage as well as parking in the driveway and around the side of the house. Oh yeah and also a sauna.

House had everything it said it did. Bikes were in perfect working condition and there were kids helmets too. The loft gets warm in the summer FYI.

The house is FANTASTIC! The location could not be any closer to the Village and market. Either a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. The kids had a blast in the game room & made it into their own space. The kitchen had every thing we needed and there was plenty of space. Great over all

It is the perfect house for all ages, something for everyone. The kiddos absolutely loved the game room and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Having 5 1/2 bathrooms was amazing for the sixteen of us. If I had to come up with anything negative, it would be that there are a lot of stairs, but we just looked at it as we were working off some of the calories we consumed during our 4 night stay. All in all it was the perfect place for our large family get together.

The location was great, close to the Village and SHARC. Plenty of space for our group of 14, with king and queen beds, and multiple bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen, nice hot tub.
Cons: for the cost, the house was not in great shape. Cheap bedding, flat pillows. Empty pump hand soap. Only had small, cheap, hotel soaps.
A maintenance person showed up to fix one of the bunkbeds on day 2, with no warning. We were not advised that they were broken or that anyone was coming. Video game table did not work correctly. Flickering lights in several areas. Bathtub drained slowly.
Overall it worked for us but would expect more for the price.
