Location, location, location!! Come stay in this brand new home in the heart of Sunriver. SHARC and the sledding hill are literally right out your back door. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen table expands to seat 14. 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and a ton of extra space in the finished basement. Everyone will enjoy the game room in the basement with a Pool table, ping pong table, foos ball table, and Wii with games. Gorgeous back patio with hot tub and BBQ. 5 adult bikes and 1 kids bike in the garage.

Everything was great everyone had a great time. It was a very easy walk to the SHARC. The kitchen had 2 plugin grills that made it easy to make breakfast for everyone.we had 15 total and had plenty of room for all.we didn't find kitchen tea towels or a dishrag.It was very nice that there was shower gel ,hair shampoo and soft soap was at all of the sinks.we would suggest this house to anyone looking for lots of room. We would stay here again; it's a very nice home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. Had one night that it got really hot upstairs and not sure what happened but it cooled back down some so it wasn’t too bad the next couple of nights. Again, thank you so much for the letting us stay, it was a great time with our family.

We had a great time with our whole family (ages 7-73) The home was perfect and had all the things included that we needed for our week there. The location is excellent. Jennifer is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

This was our second timed staying at this home. The house was located right across from the SHARC which was a great convenience. It was roomy enough for the 12 of us ages 10-75. The teens especially enjoyed the basement with pool, ping pong, and foosball. Highly recommend!

We have a wonderful time and were all very comfortable, plenty of room to spread out in the house. There was 11 of us and 2 dogs. The place is directly across the street from the shedding hill and indoor pool. The kitchen was well supplied but not totally organized, really had to search for basic equipment. But I would totally recommend this house.

We so enjoyed our time at this lovely home. Strolled through the snow to the village, walked across the street to the sledding hill, and again the next day for a family swim at SHARC. We cooked most every meal at home and found everything we needed in the expensive kitchen. Lots of pool, ping pong and foosball. All in all a wonderful stay.Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a great time with our family. All positive except one bedroom was a pull out couch which we didn’t expect and the bedroom in the basement had no bathroom. The house was large and very nice with a great location.

We had 3 generations celebrating the 60th Anniversary of 3 (grandparent) couples. The house was amazing - every bit as good as it looked online. Having a bathroom in the basement would have made things a bit easier, but everything else was superb! Would highly recommend this property!

We celebrated a wedding anniversary and 2 birthdays during our stay. The house was perfect for our needs-several bedrooms, family rooms and a basement with many games. Something for everyone. The proximity to the SHARC as well as to the village was a real plus. We plan on visiting again.

We had a family reunion with 13 people at this beautiful property. It was beyond what we had imagined. It was close to interesting things to see in Sunriver, and you can see the aquatic center from the house. The house was tasteful and clean with great amenities and a well-stocked kitchen.

This was a terrific property for our group of nine young adults, their parents and grandparents. Excellent for varied sleeping arrangements and wonderful amenities. Decorations for the holidays topped off our stay. The location is outstanding. Would happily stay there again.

We stayed August 10 through August 15.The house is beautiful and it is well stocked!! It is across the street from the pool, so no need to drive or park. Be careful that you get to the pool early. Lines form and there are very few seats after opening.

Our family of 14 had a wonderful time at this home. Good layout for everyone and the recreation room in the basement was a huge hit. We held a family tournament of champions down there. The location across from the Sharc facility was great for the young ones which also has a small park and disk golf course located next to it. My only criticism would be the cleanliness when we arrived. There must have been a large family there before our arrival as the trash cans outside were overflowing as well as two full trash containers in the kitchen. Overall a very nice time for all.

Super location for Sharc, small park and village. We only used our car for outside excursions. We had enough bikes, with rental purchase of kid’s towing equipment. Recommend bringing a couple of personal helmets for accurate fit if feasible. Accommodation Provided 10 Sharc passes : 30 $ pp otherwise. Downstairs Game room, puzzle table also useful to separate a large group with under 12’s. Would definitely return.

We stayed four nights at this property. And it was probably the best location for kids. Literally the sledding hill is right out back and all the entertainment is in the basement instead of a garage where it’s cold and no one wants to hang out. The home was beautiful and truly felt like a home instead of a rental. Thank you for a memorable New Years weekend! May you be blessed!

Everything is just as stated in description. We had 7 adults and 7 children age 4-13 and had plenty of space and were able to cook meals without a problem. The large table, washer and dryer were great amenities! The lights on patio umbrella was a nice surprise for playing games in the evening. Communication with Jennifer was fantastic! We all want to go back!

This house is in a great location - just across from the SHARC and a short walk or bike ride to the Village. The trail adjacent to the property was fairly level, making bike riding for small children easier. There were plenty of bikes and helmets at the house as well, although no small bikes so we rented one from the bike store. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen, eating area, and family room were spacious and provided a great area for entertaining and gathering multiple families together. There was an additional dining room that we used for working on a puzzle. Outdoors there was a nice sized patio with a patio table and chairs and a nice hot tub. We had other family members staying at other homes in Sunriver and our home served as a gathering area due to it's size and layout. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots/pans/etc. Upstairs were four bedrooms with two of them connected by a bathroom which was ideal for our son and his wife with their 1 year old and 5 year old in the bunk room and them in the queen bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms had private bathrooms with the master suite being especially spacious with a large deluxe bathroom. The only drawback to the master suite was that there was no place to hang clothes, although there was a large dresser for folder items. We used the basement bedroom as well and while there is no downstairs bathroom, there is a full bath just at the top of the stairs. The basement held a ping pong table, foosball table, and pool table which were enjoyed by our family. Jennifer, the owner, was responsive and helpful with questions in advance and during our stay. Overall, this is a home we will consider for future visits and served our needs well.

We were a family of 10 adults, 4 kids 7-9y/o and a one year old. The house held everyone comfortably. It is directly across from The Sharc., and bike trails accessed from a pathway in the backyard. The basement playroom was great and the kids splashed in the hottub after hours. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan and utensil we would need. Plenty of towels and the Sharc passes were a bonus. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would highly recommend this rental!!!

As always we had a great time in SR. The location of this home allowed us to take full advantage of the SHARC during warm July afternoons and served as a launching point for evening ice cream runs to the village. The home had everything we needed to make the majority of meals ‘at home’. We used the house bikes and enjoyed the spa when the sun finally went down. I appreciated the owners simple instructions and low touch during our stay. I hope to stay here again.

We have stayed in many rentals and this one was ideal in all the ways! Like others have said, the location is wonderful and the spaciousness of the house accommodates large groups easily. We used this as our main base for biking, walks, the Sharc and more fun adventures. We cooked a lot and the house was well supplied with everything we needed. We had family coming from Montana and Seattle to celebrate a special birthday. Unfortunately, we had a wet weekend, but this house proved to be the perfect place to stay. We had ample room to spread out, and the lower level with all of the activities was perfect! The kitchen is well equipped, and the location to Sharc was wonderful. We took bike rides every day, followed by a hot tub soak. What a fantastic, long weekend. We'll be back!

We had family traveling into Sun River from all over the US with none of us having been there before. Some folks wanted to ski, some wanted to bike, some wanted walks, others wanted playgrounds and icecream. This places was well suited to meet everyone's needs! The access to the SHARC was great, though we did not use many of the facilities as our little ones were just a bit too little. That said, the greenspace/park next to the SHARC was great and the ~15 min walk (4 min drive) to the town center provided great access to more amenities. The house itself is very well suited to meet all of our needs. Patio, sauna, cooking, evening chats, night-time-ping-pong tournaments were all highlights.

Home was clean and beautiful. The house was laid out perfectly for a large family. The basement area offered fun for the kids and for adults where we did karaoke, played pool, ping-pong and played games. It was also quite upstairs while the kids played downstairs. The house is equipped with spices and kitchen utensils that felt like a home away from home. The house is located next to the SHARC and walking/biking distance from the village. Highly recommend this house I would love to return again.

Interaction with owner was exceptional; there was immediate response to two separate problems which were solved by a handyman. Given the fact it’s nearing the end of a season of heavy use, and cleaning staff may be difficult to get right now, the house could have been much cleaner. No complaint with bathrooms, which were all nice and clean. Overall, this is a beautiful home that would rate a stellar review if it had been clean.

This house had everything, pool table, ping pong, fooseball, wonderful sleeping accommodations for five adults and four teenagers. Lots of biking/walking trails just steps from the house, and the house is located near the Sharc pool. Now, about that kitchen. It had everything you’d expect and much, much more! Our group of nine loved our stay.

The house is perfectly located literally across the street from the SHARC, Amphitheater, Parks, Playgrounds, and biking/walking paths that connect to the endless miles of trails. After 19 months of not being able to see family we had family from SF and Seattle drive to all meetup in Sunriver and this house gave all 12 of us with kids enough room, laughter, fun and relaxation. The game room was fun for the kids and the hot tub was great to chill out in the evenings. Good times and very memorable trip that started with a great place to stay. Thanks Jennifer!

This property is everything you read about & see in the pictures & more! Our group (8 adults and 4 children) was very comfortable here. Lots of room & yet private space for anyone wanting it. And the location can't be beat: We walked across the street to SHARC twice, walked to the Village for coffee & shopping, and made good use of the bike paths. (If you can, I would recommend bringing your own kid's bikes as there is currently only one which the listing was clear about. We brought our own and it worked out just fine.) Everyone in our family wants to go back next year and we plan to! Highly recommend!

Our extended family thorough enjoyed our stay in this home. There was plenty of room for everyone to join together; the downstairs play room was a hit with the kiddos. The kitchen and BBQ were great. The home is close to the village & SHARC and most did not mind the proximity to Beaver Dr. We would definitely stay here again.
