Big and opened inside the kitchen and great room with seating for everyone. Each room having a bathroom was terrific and the great room upstairs with game tables and another seating area with a TV was great. The pool was wonderful. The bathroom in the pool area and the shower so people didnt have to drip through the house to use the bathroom or clean up is fantastic! The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware...and the pantry had items for basic needs which was fantastic since I forgot seasoning for one of our planned meals. The bikes were in good working order, with helmets available to those who wanted them and tire pumps were also available, but we didn't need to use them. They location was easy to get to by car and not to far or close to the village. We always enjoy sunriver. For a large group or multiple couples this is a great place to stay.
The one down side is the outdoor living space. Its behind the house which is a bummer to utilize. We didnt spend much time sitting around this trip but we would have most likely sat out front on and around the driveway. It could use fresh paint inside as it is starting to show age in that area but nothing that changes the functionality. The only other thing that we noticed was the downstairs TV in the cubby hole with no soundbar was hard to hear therefore had to be turned up quite a bit which in the evening carried upstairs with the opened floor plan..but that doesn't change how fantastic the house is overall

Great house. Plenty of kitchen items, plates, cutlery, pots & pans, basic condiments. Everything in the kitchen was in good shape. Pool was wonderful for the kids. Plenty of seating to eat. Bedrooms with on-suite baths was really nice for multiple families. Towels in all baths and pool area were much better than expected. Overall wonderful place to stay.
Maybe need to have someone with a checklist to review maintenance items. Some living & dining room lights are out. A bit dark. Upstairs bedroom on the right missing a light. Some bikes were not usable. A couple of bathrooms did not have soap or shampoo. Small details but an expensive price for the house.
