A wonderful place for a family vacation!! The home nicely fit all 16 of us. The amenities offered were beyond expectations….so well stocked with even leftover containers to use. The only negatives were dirty floors and dusty blinds. We tried to always take our shoes off when in the house but always had to wash our feet before bed because our soles were so dirty. But none of this would keep us from wanting to come back. Highly recommend it!!

Our multi-generational family of nine, from ages 96 to 15, loved the site and accommodations. As a Grammy w/ four deserving teenagers, I wanted to gift them with their own rooms and private baths, which were greatly appreciated.The cousins who live in Oregon and Arizona, do not have opportunities to be together often, so they enjoyed as many amenities as they could. The passes to SHARC, pool, foosball, and ping-pong, the hot tub, the great selection of bikes in the garage, and trips to the village, the Lava Buttes, and river rafting. When we had a few little issues, property management showed up almost immediately and took care of everything. Wifi had stopped working, a refrigerator filter needed to be changed, and one tub had a slow drain. Everything was addressed that same day. The kitchen is superbly stocked. Additionally, The dining table seats 12 and the fireplace was beautiful, What a fabulous experience for all of us.

Well appointed house and kitchen. Plenty of pots, pans, various cooking appliances along with lots of coffee tea options. Lots of teen young adult items within e house. Loved the array of bikes. Pool passes were great, only used 4. There is an en suite bathroom in every room, so everyone had privacy. Did not use the hot tub, but noticed plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. There were comfortable accommodations for 5 siblings, their spouses, and their children! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all our meals without trouble. We would definitely return to this house next year but it’s already booked!

We love the spacious home, how well it is appointed, thoughtful decorating, and the location. We appreciated the 'Welcome Back' gift and having the thermostats turned up to warm the home upon our arrival. Hats off to the on-site tech and electrical support staff following a power outage. This year however we found the cleanliness lacking, specifically: dog hair on carpets, rugs, and furniture; cobwebs throughout the home including bedrooms and bathrooms, the mantle and "canoe bears"; heavy dust on windowsills, ceiling fan, some floors, and walls; the bathroom rugs did not appear to have been washed recently. We did attempt to use the vacuum to tidy up some of the issues, but it was not functioning well enough to adequately clean the floors.You are wonderful hosts, and we would like to continue making this a family tradition over the Thanksgiving holiday. They have thought ahead to what it takes to host a large group in a home - bed/bath ensuites w King Beds, bunk room, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, table seating 12, large kitchen with island for the family to gather and cook together, the most fully equipped kitchen we have ever experienced in a large home rental. Plus a beautiful location at the edge of the resort near the National Forest. And ping pong, pool, foosball and bikes. So much fun, food, conversations and memories took place. Then at night the bedrooms and beds were very restful with everyone having their own space to relax. Just perfect!! We would rent it again.

The house was beautiful, and had the perfect configuration for our multiple family members. We had 14 family members staying in the house, and hosted dinners for 22. The kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations with plenty of extras! We loved the locating, being so close to the river. The jacuzzi was a hit, and there was plenty of seating indoors and out. We had a wonderful time, and didn’t want to leave.

This house is fantastic! It’s our second time coming with four other families for a ski weekend. There’s enough room for everyone to have privacy and space to all come together for games and meals. It’s on the edge of Sunriver, close to a beautiful trail that leads through the forest to the Deschutes River. The kitchen is super well equipped, there are tons of games and puzzles and the kids love the pool table, ping pong table, bikes and SHARC passes. Hope to return next year!

House was well appointed for 16 people to stay comfortably. We visited mt bachelor most days which was about a 40 minute drive in winter weather. Hot tub was very well maintained. We took out the bikes on a nice weather day which was fun. Anyone with a large group should consider renting this house.

Great amount of space for 18 people. Lots of kitchen appliances and dishes. Lots of living and dining room area. A bit spendy, but worth it for me. Plan on staying longer next year. It was nice to be in a fairly secluded area, but was a ways from the village, so you gotta chose your priorities.
