An Ideal Layout for Groups & Families. Upstairs, you'll be greeted by vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents, and a bright open floor plan that brings everyone together. The main living room offers cozy seating, a stone gas fireplace, TV, and DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the adjacent dining room seats eight comfortably.
Also on the upper level, the primary suite includes a king-sized bed, large TV, private bathroom, and direct access to the deck, where you can sip your morning coffee among the trees. The second upstairs bedroom also offers a king bed, large TV, and easy access to a full bathroom with shower.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious, dog-friendly home. Loved the location within Sunriver - close to trails (including Benham Falls trail). We would stay here again!

This house was perfect for a group of 6...3 couples. We each had our own space when we wanted privacy, but also nice layout for when we gathered for conversations, meals and just hanging out The house was very clean, and everything you could need and was pet friendly!

Over the years, we’ve stayed in many parts of Sunriver, and this was our first time in this neighborhood. It’s about a 10-minute drive to the main village, so best suited for those who don’t mind driving rather than walking or biking to shops and restaurants. The location is peaceful with no homes directly behind, which encouraged wildlife to pass through. One thing to note is while this a dog friendly property, there is no fence behind the house. During the last half of our stay we had renters next door who let their dogs wander behind our house, unattended. While this is no fault of the property owner, something to keep in mind.The house is very clean and has a layout that worked well for our group of two couples and two singles. The downstairs queen bedrooms with attached baths were especially convenient. The upstairs primary bedroom has a bathroom close by, though the space is quite tight—something taller guests may notice.Beds were generally comfortable, though the upstairs primary king mattress could use an update. Towels were functional, the kitchen had most essentials, and the bikes on site would benefit from some maintenance.Overall, this is a clean, comfortable home in a quiet setting, and with a few small updates, it could be truly exceptional.

We only stayed 2 nights but this was a great spot in Sun River. Just a 5 minute drive from the Sun River market.
