About this house rental
Our modern mountain pet-friendly retreat is in the highly desirable northern part of Sunriver, designed for families, groups -- and a dog! Our spacious 4 BR / 4.5 BA home features 3 ensuite bedrooms, a bunk room with full bath, a private hot tub, air conditioning, a dedicated theater room with huge TV and couches, gas fireplace, an enclosed dog run, two decks surrounded by tall pines, and comes with 10 SHARC passes. Furnished with love and thoughtfully equipped for relaxing weekends, longer stays, and memorable times.
A deluxe kitchen has a butler's pantry with all the cooking supplies, a bar with seating, and plenty of space to order in or prepare your favorite meals. We LOVE to cook and have everything you need to make delicious meals and memories.

The three ensuite bedrooms/bathrooms makes girls and guys trips, couples getaways and corporate trips comfortable. The bunk room with a twin bunk and queen bed and full bathroom accommodate extra people or is great for a pack of kids.
Our 8 person private hot tub will round out your night under the pines and stars. We also have a grass yard in the front and back for yard games, kids play, and doggy comfort. And we have games. Lots of games! Our large driveway makes room for extra cars or a safe place to play. (Note: For safety and security, the property has a Ring video doorbell at the front entrance and an exterior security camera facing the driveway and garage. These cameras are video-only and do not record audio. To help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, noise monitoring devices are located in the living room and on the back deck. These devices only measure decibel levels and do not record.)

Very pet friendly! The hot tub was great & rooms were clean. The host did an amazing job communicating with us and making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend!

Check in was as easy as could be. The home was very clean and well stocked. Kitchen has everything you need plus some. Communication with host was easy and quick. They have a nice area for dogs, so you don't have to leash them up and go off the property first thing in the am. Every bedroom had their own bathroom which is a plus. Walking trial right out the back door, double decks to enjoy the outdoors. Great place, we would defiantly stay again.

This house was absolutely the best! Marc was so generous and kind with his communication and his handwritten notes and welcome gift. The house was delightful and just perfect for our family. We got great use out of the theater/ media room as well as the hot tub. It was a great weekend away for adults and kids alike. We also had fun at the aquatic center and in Sun River Village to top off a great trip Marc contacted us after and let us know. We had left something behind of one of our kids and shipped it back to us. I would give more stars if I could. We will definitely be coming back!

WOW! We picked the best home to have a long girls weekend with friends from college. Had a blast at Foursome Ln!!! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which made everyone happy. We took great walks through the forest to a beautiful and secluded stretch of the Deschutes that I had never seen before. We cooked great meals in the well-stocked kitchen (nice dishes, real napkins, etc.) and loved the private hot tub. And the media room was great -- re-watching some of our all-time favorite movies. We are already planning our next visit to this home.
