Tao Hotel

TOUT était parfait! Emplacement, gentillesse du personnel, chambre top….une adresse où aller les yeux fermés!

We took an impromptu family trip to Pingyao with our family. Tao Hotel has a total of 10 guest rooms, each with a large area. Considering the thoughtful combination of overall software and hardware, the design of traditional Shanxi courtyards, and the butler-style service, it can be said to be the most high-end hotel in Pingyao Ancient City. The hotel is located on the core main street. Since we were traveling with children and large bags of luggage, the boss and staff personally picked us up and dropped us off throughout the process. They even installed a child safety fence in the room for the baby! They took great care in every little thing. For the food of our young baby, the kitchen specially prepared it without adding oil or salt! We are really grateful. Unlike the professional service training and scripts of traditional hotels, the boss and staff are more like family members. They don't use fancy polite words but take care of the guests' needs anytime and anywhere. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer my questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is also very ideal—it's close to many restaurants and scenic spots. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Pingyao!
