    The rooms were more spacious than we expected, which was a great surprise. The location is excellent with so much to do in Jongno, lots of trendy bakeries and delicious restaurants, even an Olive Young and Blue Elephant within walking distance. The nearby stations made getting around incredibly convenient. Our group especially appreciated the shared kitchen and the ramen maker. What really stood out was the staff. They were exceptionally accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. When we had an issue with a lost piece of luggage, they immediately stepped in, contacted the right person, and resolved it quickly. They were always available to answer any questions we had. Everyday trash is collected, towels are refreshed, and the water bottles in the fridge are refilled, which we really appreciated. It’s a thoughtful touch more hotels should adopt. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again and again.

    warm room with ground heater. Need to walk 5-10min to the nearest metro or bus, given the jongro location, it is totally acceptable
