線上客服能即時回應，讓人有安心的感覺，再排除不滿意的原因就會相當完美了
1.民宿的位置及標示不明顯對於外地來的遊客要找尋民宿會有一些困難
2.熱水水溫不夠，逛了一整天回到民宿輪流洗澡到後面的熱水就變很弱
3.房間空間不大，要輪流將行李箱打開

The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to the subway, restaurants, drugstores, and supermarkets. Everything I needed was just within walking distance. And the host was very kind, helpful, and responsive, always replying promptly.
The Wi-Fi was often unstable and could be improved.
The room is compact, as expected for a typical Japanese accommodation, but it was manageable for the stay.

a clean & comfortable stay for 1 night. Check in to get apartment key is easy. Apartment is on the 4th floor, tiny lift for 4 persons with 4 luggages, need make 2 separate rides. Apartment has a queen bed and a sofa bed. A kitchenette and a separate bathroom and separate toilet. The sink is outside the bathroom so it convenient for other family members to use. It has a washer.
Apartment name is not the same as registered on booking.com, it’s Cosmo Reid Iriya next to small Izakaya. Took us a while to counter check. Glad that it was a quiet not rowdy stay.
As the apartment is a studio one and so it has limited space to open up 4 luggages. Apartment is only good for 2 persons. With sofa bed opened up there is no room to sit at the round dining table or move around. Glad that it is just for 1 night stay.
