The location of the property was ideal for anyone looking to explore Tokyo. The size of the property was great for a family of 4 or more. Really loved the Japanese shower and tub.

The hot tube jets did not work and the water from the tap was lukewarm. Also the screen door leading to the hot tub needed to be repaired at the bottom.

The location was perfect for us. We used to live in the neighborhood so this is exactly where we wanted to be. The apartment was clean and in a newer, modern building.

The floor plan appears to have 2 separate bedrooms when it's truly a 1 bedroom (very small one), and what should be a living room has been converted into another bedroom (no door). It worked for the short time we were there. And fortunately, our kids stayed with friends most nights. However, the space is quirky. The entry is on the 1st floor, bedroom to the right, the very small entry leads you downstairs to the main living area which is now "basement" level. This area is also compact but clean and efficient for you basic kitchen and bathroom needs. The sauna and jacuzzi might have been a nice touch but way too cold to step outside for us. Also, I found it not as easy to move around downstairs. I realize it's typical Japanese style apartment living, but I'm just used to more spacious accommodations. I loved that it has a washer/dryer unit, that was very helpful for our family. The user manuals were well put together so that you can understand how to use all electronics. My final words are, I would recommend it. The place is very clean and in an amazing location. However, beware if you are American and expecting US sized apartment living. It's great for a short stay or if you have a small number of guests and don't plan to be "hanging out" inside a lot. You should getting out to explore anyway! Enjoy Tokyo.
