The property his very close to central Shibuya, it is also 50m from the metro & shopping tunnel network so very convenient. The property is well kept and very quiet at night. The ammenities within the property were very handy (washing machine). The only point to note is there is a flight of 4 stairs to climb upon arrival / departure, so this can be tricky with large / heavy suitcases but not impossible.
There is no free-to-air TV in the main living room, only an amazon fire stick so you will need streaming accounts etc to watch anything. It would be handy if the owner installed a FTA Tuner box on the projector so travellers can enjoy Japan national TV / Baseball / Sumo etc. Note however every bedroom has a large operating TV which works fine.

We had a really nice stay at A-LifePenthouse! The space and peacefullness was a bliss to come back to after spending the day in bustling Tokyo. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we could ask for. And the location was superb right next to Shibuya crossing and the station, it made getting around Tokyo very easy. We would definitely come back!

Great location; beautifully appointed and clean. Also spacious for a large family to stay.
There was no mention of the walking up stairs to get to the fourth level, which was particularly difficult with 2 children, 4 heavy suitcases including a snowboard bag.
It was difficult to warm the large living room space, so inevitably this remained cold whilst the upstairs area was warm.
There were no wardrobes, so had to live ‘out of the suitcase’.
Overall, I would not stay here again.

Great location, beautiful place and amenities, wifi superb!
Just a little noisy when people get drunk downstairs and the hike going the to the 4 floor.
