頂樓可以看到晴空塔 有提供洗衣機烘乾機及洗衣精 房子蠻大的,也很乾淨
樓上的廁所沒有洗手台,如廁後要下樓洗手

家族旅行で10人で過ごすには余裕がある十分な広さで、設備や寝具なども充実していて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 目的の浅草・両国・スカイツリーへの移動がしやすい立地だったのもとても良かったです。 また、静かな環境で過ごしやすく、コインパークやコンビニ・スーパーも近所にあって便利でした。 屋上からスカイツリーが見えるところも良いポイントかなと思います（夜のライトアップがよく見える位置です）
調子が悪く暖房が使えないエアコンがあった（暖かい日だったので問題はなかったです）。 備え付けの毛布の一枚が、なにか零したような汚れがあって使えなかった（寝具は十分に揃っていたのでこちらも問題なかったです）。

Perfect location for our stay. Large enough to comfortably fit all 15 of our family. The rooftop area was a highlight. Amazing view of the Tokyo Skytree, especially for New Year’s Eve. We would happily stay here again
