About this apartment rental
Beautiful residence, in the style and charm of a medieval village, which has its origins in the 15th century. It is nestled in the picturesque Umbrian countryside very close to Montone, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The residence has a reception, one free parking space per accommodation and WiFi, as well as a playground. The restaurant with panoramic terrace serves local delicacies with gastronomic tradition. Two pools (open from May to September) with umbrellas and loungers and a health path surrounded by greenery ensure relaxation. All apartments have been stylishly renovated and offer a lot of comfort. Near the village is the "Strada della salute e della sapienzat", a 2 km long pedestrian path known for the peculiarity that there are signs with philosophical thoughts and fitness equipment along the way. Another well-known excursion destination is Lake Trasimeno, just 40 km away. The ideal combination of relaxation and cultural vacation!
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs up to 10 kg allowed. The service charge contains costs for water, electricity, gas and final cleaning.

I found this place to be quite charming, The location is serene, and the apartments are well-equipped, It was a great base for exploring the region, The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, a good experience

I had a lovely time at Agriturismo Borgo Pulciano! The place is like stepping back in time, with that medieval vibe everywhere, I stayed in a spacious apartment that was super comfy and had everything we needed, The restaurant was a highlight, the food was delicious and the view from the terrace just made it all better, I loved taking walks on the 'Strada della salute e della sapienzat', it was relaxing and pretty unique with those philosophical signs, Only downside was the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, who cares when you're surrounded by such beauty? Definitely worth the visit!
