Casa Gioele D is a welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Casa Gioele D you will enjoy a lovely view of the Umbrian hills and of the greenery. Casa Gioele D is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.2 km (0.75 miles) from the center of Umbertide, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 750 meters (820 yards), a grocery store at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles) and the bus stop at 600 meters (roughly 1970 feet).
Casa Gioele D is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Casa Gioele D we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 12 meters (39 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the Umbrian hills and of Umbertide. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 900 square meters (9700 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Umbrian hills and of Umbertide. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Family room
You will be able to enter the family room from the garden through an external access. The family room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is barrel-vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. They include two sofas, two masonry benches and a desk. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate six guests.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for five cars.  Patio
The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and a sun lounger.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the bedroom. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window, as well as two small windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
