Old, romantic restored country house between lawns and wooded hills, grain fields and sunflowers, in evocative valley of the Tevere, between Perugia and Umbertide, to the border between Tuscany, Romagna and Marches. Dipped in a private park (3 hectares) of pines and cypresses with swimming pool, bocce-play…a return to the past and the natural rhythms far away from every stress.
For the lovers of the art: very many walks in the near historical centers are possible (Città di Castello, Gubbio, Assisi, Cortona, Siena, Anghiari, Pieve S. Stefano…) For the music's lovers offers very many events like Umbria Jazz, the Festival classic music in Perugia, the Festival of the Two Worlds in Spoleto… For who love the sport excursions in mountain bike, swim, sail wind surf on the Trasimeno lake in order to explore the small islands to the center of the lake (20 min. of car). Field from tennis and of golf (18 holes) to 3 km. x

A magical month immersed in the silence and peace of the Umbrian hills... beautiful nature... with amazing wildlife sightings. The place becomes magical at night when a thousand fireflies light up the forest. Owners are always attentive and helpful.
