A very nice stay on the shores of lake Garda

Everything was great, the apartments are very nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, and have all the amenities one could wish for. Having a gym and washing/drying facilities was a big plus! Highly recommended!

An ideal choice if you want to relax with comfort and with a good view

Everything was great! This apartment has everything you need and even more. It was clean, there were enough towels and other household items. A big plus is a parking, well-kept grounds and a washing machine. Contact with the owner was excellent! We highly recommend this place!

Lovely place with huge swimming pool, beauty garden, gym , laundry room. The apt was well equipped. Host was great and the beach was by walking distance.

Perfect place!

The place is just amazing! Everything is sooo perfect! Extremely convenient and equipped apartment, modern, greatly decorated, super clean, great air conditioning, big kitchen, we used it exhaustively. The gim is great!!! All needed is there. The pool is very nice and open for the use day and might, no restrictions which is very nice. The location is great. 20 min from Sirmione, gardaland, Beach is 3 min walk, many shopping areas close to the location. In the bottom line - perfect stay!

Amazing stay near Garda lake

New, fresh and clean. The apartment was just perfect. From outdoor straight to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had equipment you need to prepare your own breakfast and it was so nice to have it outside next to the pool. It was nice and quiet, not disturbing neighbors, it felt like private house, enough space for every guest. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and Desenzano is also quite close by car. The host Patrizia was very kind and helpful.

Tutto perfetto

L appartamento è molto curato, pulitissimo e confortevole. Il servizio offerto è da hotel. Di fronte c'è una bellissima piscina che sicuramente nei periodi estivi è perfetta. La posizione molto comoda a due minuti dal lago. Cinque stelle per tutto sicuramente tornerei in questa struttura. Le indicazioni sempre molto chiare e l host risponde subito ai messaggi. Tutto top non ho nessuna nota negativa

Nádhera!

Naprosto úchvatné ubytování, působí velice nově, moderně, je sice u hlavní silnice, ale nic neslyšíte. Parkoviště přímo na pozemku, krásná veliká zahrada a přilehlý soukromý bazén. Postele opravdu pohodlné, výbava kuchyně a koupelny předčila naše očekávání.

Sehr schöne gut gepflegte und ausgestattete Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Großer Pool mit Liegewieße und alles wirklich sehr sauber. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit allem.

Aanbeveling 10+

Alles leek zeer nieuw en afgewerkt misschien net een jaar oud. Locatie van de villa naar het strand voor de rental boten was zeer dichtbij. Gym en zwembad aanwezig in de Villa. Komplete keuken in de kamers aanwezig

Bij zwembad overdag aan voorkand van de straat veel verkeer langs rijden lawaai. Uiteraad niet goedkoop te wijzigen.(zwembad naar achter zijde plaatsen en parking aan voorzijde) misschien een hoog geluidscherm plaatsen aan de voorkant van de weg.

Lärm

Obwohl etwas vor dem offiziellen Check In sind wir freundlich empfangen worden. Schöne Unterkunft. Ausstattung ziemlich neu und sehr gut (bis auf ein paar nicht nennenswerte fehlende Kleinigkeiten). Schöne Gartenanlage mit großem Pool.

Wir haben vier Nächte gebucht und sind nach einer Nacht vorzeitig abgereist. Der Grund war daß wir die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnten weil trotz geschlossenem Fenster und ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage ein ständiges Brummen von einer darunter liegenden Anlage oder von dem Technikraum genau unter dem Schlafzimmer zu hören war. Ein schlechter Schlaf oder kein Schlaf ist kein Urlaubsvergnügen. Der Gastgeber hat uns Mitgeteilt, dass er dieser Störung auf den Grund gehen wird. Da auch tagsüber sehr starker Verkehrslärm war und die Gegend, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Stückchen Strand kein Hit waren, haben wir diesen Ort vorzeitig wieder verlassen.

Supermärkte 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Straße vor der dem Haus ist nicht einsehbar. Hörbar im Garten. Nicht hörbar im Haus. 100% Empfehlung /// Modern, stylish villa. Superbly maintained, very tastefully decorated. Very attentive and friendly hosts. Lakeside restaurants and license-free motorboat rentals are a 5-minute walk away. Supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. The street in front of the house is not visible. You can hear it in the garden, but you can't hear it in the house. 100% recommendation.

7 Tage in dieser Unterkunft hätte ich mir in einem anderen Apartmentnicht besser vorstellen können!

Dieses Apartment ist vom Comfort kaum zu überbieten. In der Wohnung ist alles was man benötigt um einen entspannten Aufenthalt erleben zu können. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Sauberkeit und der gepflegte Außenbereich, Mit einem riesigen Pool und den vielen schönen Pflanzen kommt es einem vor wie aus einem Bilderbuch. Sehr schöne Anlage!!!

Wir Deutschen sind bekannt dafür gerne mal über alles und jeden zu meckern. Wer sich allerdings hier beschweren möchte, darf sich gerne selber mal an den Kopf greifen…

Skønt sted

Fine faciliteter og meget sød og imødekommende vært. Fantastisk lille sted med kun 5 lejligheder, hvilket gav en dejlig ro. Dejlig pool størrelse. Kort gåafstand til hyggelig strandpromenade og strand, hvor der også var få mennesker og dermed roligt.

Lidt støj fra hovedvejen.
