Moorsholm View consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen including 2 electric ovens, induction hob, 2 microwaves, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV. There is also a games room with a pool table. The bedrooms include two doubles with en-suite walk-in showers, two ground-floor doubles with en-suite walk-in showers, and an adult bunk room, along with a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, is a first-floor rear terrace with decking, BBQ and furniture, plus on-site private parking for 2 cars. Within 2.8 miles is a shop, 1.6 miles a pub, 1.3 miles a lake and 0.9 miles a river. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Travel cot available on request. Town: The small village of Lingdale lies on the northern edge of the North York Moors National Park, 4 miles from the former Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Surrounded by open countryside, Lingdale has a local pub and shops for everday needs. Saltburn has excellent amenities such as good restaurants, tea rooms, individual shops and art galleries. There are also good sandy beaches with a splendid historic pier. Lingdale village is a great base for visiting the pretty coastal villages of Staithes and Runswick Bay, which lie on the Heritage Coast, renowned for its Jurassic fossil hunting trips. From Lingdale there is also easy access to the seaside towns of Whitby and Scarborough, and of course, the stunning scenery of the North York Moors.
