The dining room and lounge area space wise were great for a catch up. Majority of bed rooms were of a good size.
The place is in need of TLC and for £750 a night expected more, much more. The pics look immaculate..however the place is tired.. 3 TVs didn't work in bedrooms, one shower door was ill fitted and therefore leaked water out, the smallest bedroom mattress was very poor with lumps and bums and made for a poor 2 night sleep. The throws and cushions on beds were dirty and need to be replaced. Only some radiators worked so electric heaters plugged in all over, average cleaning, and the front room bay ceiling needs attention. Coming home at night or leaving the property in the dark wasn't great as no outside light/didn't work. The hot tub area was disappointing and tired with wood propped up against the building and the hot tub didn't work for the entire 2 night stay..
The "noise alarm" going off to tell us to be quiet was not a great start on day one at 5.30pm when there were 6 people with a cuppa having a natter. Appreciate if it had been 10pm... then maybe.
Overall diisappointing. Having stayed at a few similar set up properties on the coast this needs to do immediate remedial work to fit the price bracket or drop the price to reflect...this in turn would prob create more positive reviews as the expectations would be lower.

Absolutely beautiful property
Amazing specification the pictures don’t do it justice
The place is huge, there are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms each carefully designed so they have their individual personalities but ensure the grandeur of the property is withheld.
The garden is quiet and not too overlooked and the hottub is a great bonus
The neighbours were friendly, I was a little put off initially by this from the other reviews but they were very welcoming.
One allocated space on the drive however, plenty of free street parking

Lovely property, great size, beautifully decorated, lots of useful things like supplies in the kitchen and complimentary toiletries which were lovely.
The dining room chairs all need to be tightened. They were wobbly and squeaky, so they needed a bit of TLC.
The toilet seat in the ensuite for room 2 needs changing as it doesn't fit the toilet.
The bed in room 5 was uncomfortable, and I'm sure it was broken in the middle (both rolled into the middle).
The 8pm hot tub curfew was frustrating.

Location was great and parking for 2 cars was good. All rooms had there own bathroom. The price was good.
Was not very clean. Dinning room chairs covered in stains and crumbs. My sheets ( top bedroom on the left) 2 stains on the bedsheets and one pillowcase covered in stains. Luckly i took my own pillow after reading other reviews. My bathroom sink had toothpaste on it so not cleaned. The hot tub did not work. But when you read other reviews it appears this happens a lot, so dont book if your going for the hot tub. It also states that its cleaned between guests, but there was deep rainwater on the lid ( it had not rained) so obviously not. The whole place needs a deep clean. The mattress in most rooms have seen better days.. ive never written a bad review before, but i feel a few things need to be addressed as this house could be a lovely place to stay in.
