The dining room and lounge area space wise were great for a catch up. Majority of bed rooms were of a good size.

The place is in need of TLC and for £750 a night expected more, much more. The pics look immaculate..however the place is tired.. 3 TVs didn't work in bedrooms, one shower door was ill fitted and therefore leaked water out, the smallest bedroom mattress was very poor with lumps and bums and made for a poor 2 night sleep. The throws and cushions on beds were dirty and need to be replaced. Only some radiators worked so electric heaters plugged in all over, average cleaning, and the front room bay ceiling needs attention. Coming home at night or leaving the property in the dark wasn't great as no outside light/didn't work. The hot tub area was disappointing and tired with wood propped up against the building and the hot tub didn't work for the entire 2 night stay.. The "noise alarm" going off to tell us to be quiet was not a great start on day one at 5.30pm when there were 6 people with a cuppa having a natter. Appreciate if it had been 10pm... then maybe. Overall diisappointing. Having stayed at a few similar set up properties on the coast this needs to do immediate remedial work to fit the price bracket or drop the price to reflect...this in turn would prob create more positive reviews as the expectations would be lower.

Beautiful property perfect location

Neighbours and noise restrictions. To say this was a property for 16 people I don’t get the noise restrictions, I understand after 10 but prior is ridiculous!! There was a noise monitor in the property and it was going off even when we were just talking in the dining room while eating our dinner. We were not making any excess noise and causal conversation was having alerts sent to our phone, I wouldn’t recommend this property !!! The NEIGHBOURS were a nightmare, they collared us when leaving the property and confronting us trying to intimidate us, telling us how loud we were when we couldn’t even hear each other in adjacent rooms??? So how could she hear us when we couldn’t hear eachother . It’s such a shame the property is let down by these two factors

Absolutely beautiful property Amazing specification the pictures don’t do it justice The place is huge, there are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms each carefully designed so they have their individual personalities but ensure the grandeur of the property is withheld. The garden is quiet and not too overlooked and the hottub is a great bonus The neighbours were friendly, I was a little put off initially by this from the other reviews but they were very welcoming. One allocated space on the drive however, plenty of free street parking

Lovely property, great size, beautifully decorated, lots of useful things like supplies in the kitchen and complimentary toiletries which were lovely.

The dining room chairs all need to be tightened. They were wobbly and squeaky, so they needed a bit of TLC. The toilet seat in the ensuite for room 2 needs changing as it doesn't fit the toilet. The bed in room 5 was uncomfortable, and I'm sure it was broken in the middle (both rolled into the middle). The 8pm hot tub curfew was frustrating.

It needs a deep clean! There wasn’t enough sofas for the amount of people The dining table wasn’t big enough for the amount of people The dining room chair legs were loose and potentially dangerous The fridge isn’t big enough for the amount of people There wasn’t any hot water for 24 hours and no one responded to my problem The hot tub was slimy on the bottom This house wasn’t value for money

Large, spacious

Cleanliness. Rooms were dusty. Floors were filthy. Long Hairs on beds & beside tables. TV & mirrors filthy. Also cutlery & crockery had to be cleaned before usage.

The beds were so comfortable, there was all en-suites and there was loo roll and hand soap in them all.

The hot tub didn’t work

The house is gorgeous, tastefully decorated and spacious for a large group. The en suites were great as everyone had their own dedicated space. The beds were so comfy! Best of all was the location, great for the bay but also going up and down the coast. It was the perfect place for a special birthday weekend..

Nothing, everything was great. The water downstairs often ran cold, but it didn't spoil our time there.
