We had only one night in this beautiful B & B but will definitely return! Wonderful warm welcome, immaculate accommodation, fantastic location and the selection for breakfast was one of the best I've had. Don't hesitate if you are thinking off booking your stay in Robin Hoods Bay here.

Superb hosts, Just what was required after a long 7 hour coastal walk, twin room very spacious and breakfast was really good. Good local pub around the corner and bus routes close also if required.

Warm welcome and lovely big house in a great location. Great home cooked breakast with plenty of choice.

Limited parking at the property but only to be expected in Robin Hood's Bay and the public car park is only a very short walk away.

The property and Clare were absolutely perfect for my weekend getaway. Clare was attentive and so kind. The room was fantastic and the breakfast exceeded expectations. I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Quiet and only a short walk into the town. Room was warm, beds and bedding were cosy, everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the host lovely! We will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

The B&B was a nicely presented period property with lots of character. Nigel & Claire were lovely & always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast choice was well thought out & tasty.

From the get go the hosts were amazing. Greeted at the door with a warm welcome. They couldn't do enough to assist in making your stay as easy and as comfortable as possible. Lee side is situated in an ideal location if you're wanting to see the sights then retreat from the hustle and bustle to a home with spectacular views of the local area. We were amazed each morning at the high standard of breakfast provided. The property itself hosts a large communal front room and a staircase leading up to individual bedrooms. We stayed in a twin room which was very spacious and offered views across the area from the front windows. The beds were cosy and extra blankets were provided incase it was quite a cold night. The bathroom was fully equipped and even provided a few items we didn't think to bring such as hair caps, conditioner and ear buds. The room came with a flat screen tv but we didn't get a chance to watch anything as there's just so much to do. The food was brilliant, plenty on offer. There are plenty of stores locally where you can grab bits of shopping or a newspaper too during the day. Lots of pubs nearby but the closest and best in my opinion is the Victoria which is 5 minutes down the road from lee side. The food is unreal and the entire place just felt friendly and cosy. Can't thank the staff at lee side enough for their brilliant hosting. Can't wait to visit again!

Nothing at all, it was all brilliant. The only downside is how busy areas in robin hoods Bay get. Advise booking tables for food in advance and getting down the beach early for a good spot!

Was greeted by host at the door, shown to my room and offered tea and cake in the lounge. It was very welcoming. The accommodation was up the hill from the beach but within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bathroom really clean. The breakfast was cooked as I waited and was scrumptious. Thank you for a really wonderful night there
