Location, decor and comfort
No Internet access, TV didn't work.

was very comfortable and was lovely and warm and very clean.
9.0 / 10.0
Great central location with plenty of space. Clean and very well decorated
Small points but as we were a group of 6 ladies , additional mirrors in the bedroom would be good, along with Prosecco and a few gin glasses.

Great location, spotlessly clean, comfy beds and sofas
Couldn't see sny instructions for heating so struggled to work it. Couldn't work upstairs shower either. Little hanging/ storage in bedrooms and few bedside lights. As others have mentioned, the kitchen could be better equipped too.
Not sure why the bathroom window downstairs and downstairs outer door off bedroom had clear glass and no blinds, obscured glass would be more private.

Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Very clean bedrooms, bathrooms and living area
Kitchen appeared to have been forgotten by the cleaners. Worktops wiped, bins empty etc but top oven and toaster needed cleaning, and dishwasher half full of dirty crockery and glasses
Bedroom/bathroom layout quite odd in that one double room only has access to a toilet via another bedroom. Heating way way too hot. Sleeping very uncomfortable in such a high temperature-which could not be reduced.
House would benefit from a trip to Ikea for 2 hanging rails for clothes, mirrors for use whilst using hairdryers, and a full set of crockery/mugs

No hot water in basement bathroom
House much too hot (25’+)and no thermostat to control heat
WiFi wouid not work on androids
Wine glasses great but sadly no corkscrew
Shower upstairs doesn’t work as control just spun round
Nowhere to hang clothes in one upstairs bedroom devoid of any furniture drawers ,side tables ,lamps . Nowhere to hang towels . Downstairs sitting room only has overhead full lights could do
With lamps and or dimmer switches

Good location, near train station city centre.
The heating was on full blast for our whole stay. The heating off on the hall controller said heating was off but radiators were on high. None of the bedroom thermostats worked and most had faulty valves and so could not be switched off. The basement rooms were unbelievably hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t have windows open, so it was a very uncomfortable nights sleep for all
We had no hot water. Again the controller said water was on but it wasn’t. I called the number of the confirmation email who said they would get someone out to look at it but then I received a text saying from the number who had just forwarded on a text from the engineer saying basically they couldn’t get out but to try the boiler and controller. All things we had clearly tried before calling. So none of us were able to shower…thankfully we were only booked for one night.
Property missing necessities, no full length mirrors, one lamps in the whole house but very bright lighting throughout, particular the living room without dimmers. Roller blinds but no curtains, so all room very light in the mornings and not enough mugs for number of people/beds. The bedrooms would benefit from unit or dressers, as all 4 adults in the upstairs room had to share one small mirror in the bathroom to get ready for evening.
We paid £360 for the night and we didn’t feel it was value for money.

Great location., near train station and close to city. Lovely spacious house.
1. Both toilets were dirty and used on arrival. I had to start our stay by cleaning them.
2. General cleanliness in the house was unacceptable- bins had not been emptied, the radiator in the downstairs bathroom had a thick layer of dust, the oven was full of crumbs, glassware was dirty, the oven shelf/tray was greasy and had old food on it.
3. The WiFi was unreliable and despite you sending someone to fix this, it was a stressful start to our stay.
4. The heating was on full blast for our whole stay. I turned the heating off on the hall controller but it didn’t do anything. We managed to turn off the radiator in the kitchen but other radiators had faulty valves and so could not be switched off. The basement rooms were unbelievably hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t have windows open, so it was a very uncomfortable nights sleep.
5. Communication with you was generally poor.
6. The water pressure in the showers was very bad, literally a trickle of water, and the taps on the wall of the middle floor bathroom felt as if they were going to fall off.
7. There were no instruction manuals to help us operate heating, oven etc
I feel that for the price we paid, the amount of issues we encountered is unacceptable and very disappointing. I often visit Winchester as a meeting point friends and your house would be perfect in terms of size and location. However, I feel I couldn’t stay again after this stay.

Nice double rooms and 3 en-suite and great location
Nothing. Only downside is having to pay for parking

The house itself was good and near the city centre. beds were comfy ,bathrooms and shower good but amenities poor.
It would have been better to have a microwave in the kitchen and instructions for using the oven. There could have been more cutlery and plates .There were no teatowels, oven glove or hand soap . Only 2 clothes rails for 4 bedrooms , no drawers and only 2 mirrors in the bathrooms .

It stared private parking on the booking but it was in fact a story carpark which we had to pay for so combined we'd spent £18x2 which wasn't ideal
Lacked tea,coffee and sugar

Location was excellent at top of town with parking across the road
Property would have been very good with a few extra touches. There were no kitchen towels or tea towels despite other complaints in reviews, no pictures on walls made it very stark, no lamps in bedroom or lounge so very bright lighting, no WiFi code. The upstairs bathroom doors were very hard to shut

The location was excellent, so close to town. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. There weren’t enough wine glasses but they dropped some round for us. Very responsive.
It would be good to have some olive oil, salt and pepper basics for cooking. Tea towels would be good too..

Fantastic location.
Property has some high spec touches such as lighting fixtures & main bathroom decor.
Plush bedding.
Unfortunately the kitchen was NOT, and at time of leaving, still NOT suitable for anyone expecting to cook during their stay.
The advert states a washing machine - there ISN'T a washing machine.
Lack of simple glassware (whether it be for wine or simply squash). There was one saucepan, no kitchen towel, and no iron - we messaged the host who immediately bought these items and delivered them.
But lacking so much basic kitchen content.

The property was of excellent standard . Really comfortable and felt like it was home from home. Extremely close to the town centre and anything that you would need are in walking distance .. the parking is very easy just literally across the road where there is a pay and display car park that leaves you with no concern as to where ur vehicle is . The beds are to die for so comfortable the bedding exceptional and the bathroom facilities were excellent . The decorating was such to a high standard and the fixtures and fitting were exceptional. The furniture was so comfortable from the beds down to the sofas in the living room and also a huge flat screen t.v .. was the best place I have stayed at and I will defiantly be returning and would 100% recommend to someone that would like a finer stay experience
See above as we liked everything about the property from the property itself down to the location
