Very clean, everything we needed, hosts were welcoming and helpful.
Although it did not affect us the property is upstairs which we did not see in the description.

This is a wonderful space to stay in a lovely peaceful location just outside Lincoln. Such a joy to wake up to the sound of birds in the trees rather than the sound traffic building up on a main road next to your room. Really well equipped kitchen too and dining area.
