People were lovely. Excellent welcome basket. House very comfortable.

Location, outside space and garden , spacious inside . Plenty of clean Towels and bed linen. Quick response from owners when help was required regarding hot water. Lovely useful basket left for us upon arrival with fresh bread , milk, butter and snacks. Much appreciated!

Bathroom downstairs (didn’t see this on the specs before booking ) no upstairs toilet . Too far to walk with steep stairs in the night . House wasn’t dirty , but could have been cleaned to a higher standard . Bins were dirty , several hairs on bathroom floor too. Fridge not as clean as it could be . Water dispenser in fridge iced over and unusable . Stairs needed vacuuming to a better standard . Cooker glass needed cleaning properly . Wooden chopping board had Stilton cheese dried up on it and put back . Couldn’t get dishwasher working or stereo unit working for music .
