Beautiful property with great facilities. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and also enjoyed sitting in the large courtyard out the front. The owners were very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. We had a lovely time.

There was not any instructions on how to use the sauna and there wasn’t any fire wood or fire lighters provided to use it.

This property is absolutely stunning, well set out and decorated to a high standard. Everything you need is there ready for you, the hot tub was great and the sauna, although the light we couldn’t get working but it didn’t stop us from using it. The front patio has enough space for 2 cars and still plenty of room, the back garden is completely enclosed and safe for our dog, plenty of space for her to run and play which she did lots of. The host Victoria has been brilliant so thank you so much, we’ve had a fantastic stay and we’ve rebooked again for next year.

There was nothing not to like.

Couldn’t get the air con to work - very warm and somewhat uncomfortable Slightly our fault but there ended up being lots of flies inside when opened windows to get some air in and we couldn’t find any fly spray

The property itself is very nice and nicely decorated, easy to find and plenty of private parking, short drive to the centre of Retford.

Facilities listed were not usable, BBQ had been previously used and not cleaned at all so was not usable, tennis court is closed and we were not notified of this prior to arriving, inside sauna door does not close properly and the handle is broken so we used it but not to its potential, we also found dirty dishes in the cupboards.
