A lovely spot, wonderful owner.

The place was spotlessly clean and everything 100% as advertised. Dejan met us on the motorway and navigated us to the property to make sure we went to the right place. He also recommended a restaurant nearby for dinner with our dog. Safe parking in a garage was also a plus.

Everything was lovely. The road to the place gets a bit narrower but nothing unmanageable and with Dejan’s assistance no problem at all. :)

Excellent.

We loved the apartment. Everything was perfect. We stayed here for one night, but we would have liked to stay longer. Great location, perfectly furnished, with a nice balcony. Very well equipped. Towels, washing machine, bed linen, free water, coffee, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo. Moreover, the host is always available and tries to make your stay great, besides being a really nice person. Thank you for all your help. We highly recommend the accommodation.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Człowiek pomocny i przyjazny. Nawigacja wskazuje trochę inną lokalizację, ale właściciel doprowadził nas do apartamentu Miejsce parkingowe w garażu. Duży lokal, dwie sypialnie, salon z aneksem i łazienka. Dobra miejscówka na południe Europy.

Besprekoran stan!

Stan je predivan. Sve je izuzetno čisto i jako lepo uređeno. Bili smo u prolazu na putu do mora i značilo nam je da se odmorimo. Gazda nas je sačekao na autoputu i sproveo do apartmana, kako bi bio siguran da sa decom nećemo lutati (stigli smo posle ponoći). Čak nas je i častio, za decu. Laka komunikacija i veoma ljubazan vlasnik. Preporuke!

Extra stan

Stan je veliki i za našu četvoročlanu porodicu bio i više nego dovoljan. Sve čisto i namesteno. Velika kuhinja sa svim aparatima, ko ostaje duže znači mašina za sudove. Kupatilo ogromno i prelepo, čak poseduje i mašinu za sušenje. Ali najbitnija stvar je što je Dejan, vlasnik, takva ljudina! Čekao nas je na autoputu kako bi nas lako doveo do stana jer mapa šalje na pogrešnu lokaciju. Stan je povučen sa prometne ulice što omogućava miran odmor. Uz apartman dolazi i parking mesto u garaži sto je nama BAŠ značilo, pun auto za letovanje, nismo hteli da rizikujemo na ulici. Jedna VELIKA preporuka od nas i za kraća a tek za duža ostajanja. Veliki pozdrav za Dejana i njegovu suprugu.

Pentru tranzit, o noapte, este ok. Loc de parcare in garaj subteran, insa cu acces mai dificil pentru masini mai mari.

Apartamentul este situat la parterul unui bloc, are 2 dormitoare din care un dormitor este mic cu pat single, ceea ce pentru noi a fost un incovenient. Telecomanda de la aerul conditionat nu mergea, a trebuit sa-l scot din priza sa pot opri aerul conditionat. Am rezervat acest apartament bazându-mă și pe descrierea de pe Booking. unde se menționează că apartamentul are "terasa". În realitate, nu există o terasă propiu-zisa. Apartamentul are doar un balcon foarte mic, ingust, inchis cu geamuri termopan, fara nici un fel de priveliste. De asemenea , faptul ca apartamentul este la parter nu este menționat în prezentarea unității. Consider ca aceste detalii ar trebui actualizate pe site pentru a reflecta corect realitatea si a evita situatii neplacute pentru viitorii oaspeti. La restaurantul Caruso recomandat de proprietar, barmanul m-a taxat cu preturi mai mari la bauturi decat cele afisate in meniu.

Totul a fost la superlativ! Foarte curat si spatios, liniste si confort, loc de parcare in garaj. Persoane foarte amabile si disponibile sa iti rezolve orice dorinta! Speram sa ne reintoarcem!

Für uns die perfekte Wohnung für die Woche in Kumanovo.

Sehr ordentliche Wohnung. Modern eingerichtet. Für die Region sicher überdurchschnittlich. Wie auf den Fotos. Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, Klimaanlage vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Bad, Geschirrspüler in der Küche. WLAN und Kabel TV. Fürs Auto ein Tiefgaragenabstellplatz. Dejan, der Vermieter, war sehr bemüht und für ALLE Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.
