I liked that the homestay was well furnished and had all the facilities I needed. The room had a comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, reliable internet, kitchen and laundry, which made daily life convenient and comfortable.

Having air-conditioning in the tropical heat was an absolute must, and it worked perfectly to ensure a great night's sleep. • Amenities: The property is well-equipped. The kitchenette had everything we needed for light cooking and preparing coffee/tea, and having a washing machine and dryer was incredibly convenient for a longer stay. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a bonus. Location and Accessibility (4/5) Summerset Guesthouse is situated in a quieter, residential area in the Kota Samarahan vicinity. While you definitely need your own transport (or rely on ride-sharing), the location offers a peaceful retreat away from the city centre's hustle and bustle. • Convenience: It was easy to get to the main roads, and we were only a short drive from local eateries and convenience stores. The free private parking was a great feature for those of us with vehicles. Host and Check-in Experience (5/5) The check-in process was seamless. The host provided clear, simple instructions for self-check-in well in advance, making our late arrival hassle-free. Any inquiries we had were met with quick, friendly, and helpful responses. This guesthouse is very beautiful, tidy, and clean. Everything is well-maintained, and the amenities are very complete, which made my stay comfortable. The host was also very friendly and kind throughout my stay. The location is strategic as well, being very close to IPG. A truly satisfying experience.
