The apartment is within a shopping mall. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Plenty of kopitiams serving good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The apartment has a strong damp smell and looking rather old with ripped wall paper and broken shower spray.

the convenience, easy access to the mall and the good condition of the property.

There are high chairs in the breakfast counter. But they are unusable due to its being too high. such a shame because theres the only place you can sit to eat properly. I suggest the owner to modify the chairs, cut off the legs a few inches so that you can sit at a comfortable level. I am serious. I have the same chairs at home. For years no one uses it until we fix the problem and it doesn’t become a useless deco anymore.

Parking took 30mins to arrange, walked at least few kilometers from one end to another, one floor to another if you enter from basement, and you have to practically enter as paid parking, and then retrieve the keys, I have to wait for another residence to open the lobby door to get it. When checking out, you have to do the same, however checking out is tricky, you dont have keys to exit, exit the lobby door needs key too, once you returned it, and you have to rely on the security guard which is never there. Owner asked to call the security guard yourself, they answered but never turn up.Wifi is slow, bathroom clean but floor bathroom abit slippery. No drinking water provided, as for access key, if one of your family member gone out with access key, you will be stucked in your unit, everywhere needs access key even to go out. First timer took us 30 to 45mins to find the unit parking. No shampoo only body shower..overall for homestay i dont quite like it. With the price, I would prefer merdeka suite eventho it is old.
