Property is better than expected. Very clean & feels homely for a family of 6. Customer service is very good and always reply promptly.
Location wise there’s only a nearby 7-Eleven store at KPJ Kuching Hospital which is within walking distance. Otherwise need to drive out for food and entertainment activities. Wifi sometimes is slow. Otherwise all good.

But need extra access card .. the security is not friendly .. dryer machine no functioning at all.. 😆

Water in heater was very slow in master bedroom. That’s only . Other was superb
