1. Must pust some slipper for the toilet
2. The keys must give on time with the arrangment
3. Adter clean make sure the floor dry because at that time the floor wet

The space, convenience, facilities & the affordable price made this place a highly recommended option for short to long stays in Kuching. We all liked it that there's a mall via apartment walkway on the 2nd floor directly to the mall. There's also another grocer opposite plus many food options. Parking is also provided 1 lot per unit. If only we had more time, the swimming pool & gym access are available as well.
It would be nice to provide some basic toiletries like shampoo & shower gel. One of our units has ant infestation as well, so it made the stay less pleasant. But the owner is very responsive & willing to resolve the issue to ensure maximum comfort for the guests.

The location and the convenient to purchase from boulevard mall
mold. Suggest u to use magic cleaning mold remover for their toilet. especially the glass door area, the water faucet
