Nick's Homestay @Boulevard mall @ Imperial Suites

Stayed here for one night and had a pretty good experience. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. Aircond was cold I don’t even use my room aircond because the hallway aircond is already cold enough , wifi worked fine and fast and the place was quiet. The water heater was working well so no complains there. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Parking was spacious because it under a mall and many spots were available. Overall I think it’s worth the price and felt comfortable staying here. This is my second stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others, really enjoyed my stay.

really liked how easy it was to self-collect the access card. I was able to check in on time, and the location is very strategic. I felt safe because the homestay is directly connected to the mall and the Imperial Hotel, where I attended my conference. It was very convenient to buy anything I needed from the mall, which offers a wide variety of shops and services. The host provided complete facilities, including an iron and ironing board, clean kitchen utensils, a microwave, oven, kitchen stove, and water heater. The bathroom was also well-equipped with a water heater. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent—fast and reliable throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly as well. Overall, it is a great place for solo travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a sense of safety.

Overall experience living in kuching suites the 2nd time, this are overall the best, comfy bed, quiet surrounding, interior cleanliness is 11/10.

Not much, just 1 thing…the balcony floor, railing and glass should be cleaned. It didnt bother me much though i only sat on the balcony to smoke.

Overall, I was not very satisfied with my stay as the property did not match the description and photos provided. Firstly, my check-in date was on 4 June, but no one contacted me beforehand regarding the check-in arrangements. I had to reach out to the owner myself on the day, which I found rather inconvenient and unprofessional. Secondly, the stated check-in time was 2:00 PM. On the day of arrival, I contacted the owner and requested the room number in advance, but the information was not provided. When I arrived at the property exactly at 2:00 PM and asked again, I was told to wait in the lobby for another five minutes. I felt this could have been managed more efficiently. In addition, I was not informed during check-in that the air conditioners and oven were not available for use. The sofa was also damaged, but no prior notice was given. The bedsheets appeared somewhat dirty as well, although unfortunately I did not take any photos. This situation made me concerned because if I had not taken photos of the damaged sofa upon arrival, I could potentially have been held responsible for the damage during check-out. Furthermore, only one air-conditioning remote control was functioning properly. The batteries in the other remote controls were completely drained. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement in communication, maintenance, and transparency. I hope these issues can be addressed to provide a better experience for future guests.
