Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Lage direkt am See, mit Badi und Bar/Gelateria gleich nebenan und Verleih von SUP/Pedalo… Bus nach Ponte Tresa in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine Nespressomaschine vorhanden. Ruhiges Haus mit netten Nachbarn. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermietung.
Es wäre wünschenswert, dass beim Bezug der Wohnung der Boiler heiss und der Kühlschrank kalt sind. Strommanagement müsste besser ausgeschildert sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich obersten Stockwerk ohne Lift.

Location was good. Quite for a family.
The water turn cold too soon, and to clean the dishes turn difficult, my soon good cold shower bcz the hot water wasent enough for 3 person( 2 adult and one boy) Only this, for the rest was good!

In una buona posizione è vicinissima al lago è vicina alla dogana
L’unica cosa è che il parcheggio riservato l’ultima sera era stato occupato da un’altra vettura non colpa dello staf ma gente maleducata

Appartement propre, spacieux et bien situé, parfait pour une famille de 5. Quartier calme, parking sécurisé dans l’immeuble, et le lac est accessible à pied. On a aussi beaucoup aimé les food trucks à proximité. Très bon rapport qualité/prix – je recommande !
