La vicinanza al centro e all'autostazione.
Camera visibilmente sporca. Era inserita tra i servizi la lavatrice che in realtà non era funzionante. Questo non va bene dato che a noi serviva lavare i nostri indumenti.

Huoneeseen tullessa oli musiikki päällä ja tuli heti tervetullut olo. Pelkäsimme aluksi kellarin tuoksua, koska sijaitsee ”kellarissa”, mutta sitä ei ollut. Huoneen sijainti on hinta-laatusuhteiltaan lähes täydellinen. Sopii erinomaisesti perheille/kaveriporukoille esim. yhden-kahden yön majoitusta varten. Tila suuri, joten edes samassa huoneessa majoittuminen ei ollut ongelma.
Huoneen suihkun viemäri hieman haisi, mutta meni pois kun päästettiin vettä viemäriin. Kalat käytävällä eivät oikein kuulu sinne. Koneelliseen ilmastointiin kannattaisi satsata, jolloin huoneen laatuluokitus kohentuisi entisestään.

Gli alloggi si trovano in un piano interrato con piccole finestrelle livello marciapiede che non possono essere aperte/chiuse secondo necessità poiché inaccessibili. Il proprietario sta ancora lavorando per completare la ristrutturazione e arredamento, mancano ancora impianto deumidificatore, frigorifero (per mini angolo cottura), armadio o altro per appendere gli abiti. La doccia è aperta, non ha tenda quindi si bagna tutto. Ha fatto il possibile per rendere la stanza 1 accogliente. Però la pulizia della stanza in 3 giorni non è mai stata fatta nemmeno svuotamento cestino
