Große Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick in die Berge

Es war schwierig, in die Wohnung zu gelangen! Es braucht einen bestimmten Trick für das Öffnen der Tür! Der Vermieter musste vorbei kommen, weil wir zu 2. es nicht hinbekommen haben, die Tür zu öffnen. Zudem haben wir extra die Unterkunft aufgrund der zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht. Das zweite Zimmer war aber leider bei Ankunft verschlossen. Wir mussten 1h warten, bis dieses zugänglich gemacht und bezogen wurde. Leider Betten war nicht sonderlich bequem. Quietschen bei jedem Wenden. Für die Aussicht vom Balkon kann man hier eine Nacht schlafen aber für mehr eher ungeeignet. Preis-Leistung trotzdem gut !

Easy instructions provided to access lockbox. Apartment is on the 7 th floor so provides for a great view. Lifts were reliable and fast. Remember that you need to turn the key at least 3 times to open front apartment door as there are 3 locks. The lounge had very good seating. Bed was pretty good, on the firmer side but seems to be the norm in Albania. Kitchen had basic equipment to make a basic meal. Shower pressure was excellent and wifi great too. There was a large fridge and a good washing machine too. The apartment is surrounded by coffee shops, bakeries, pizza and market so you can’t go wrong. A short 10 min flat walk into the city. We were always able to get on street parking. Shop keepers and locals were friendly. Shkoder restaurants are very cheap so make the most of that if you’re moving to the coast! Overall this property was great value for money.

I think the addition of a kettle would have been a great plus so we could make a cuppa of a morning/evening. Also a small amount of detergent for a load of washing would have been very helpful The water pressure was varied but we always had plenty of water and pressure for a shower. The apartment above was a little noisy on our first night so I would suggest ear plugs and eye mask for light.

The host was responsive, the location is good, it is very comfortable, and the view is amazing from the balcony. The apartment is very well equipped. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Perfect value for money. You can also find parking spots 5 mins away in the streets around the location.

There was a water problem everyday for 15-30 mins because of the street rennovation downstairs. And the iron was not easy to use, i think it's broke.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Schöne Aussicht aus der Wohnung auf die Berge.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbran und auch den Verkehr um das Haus. Schlafen nur mit Gehörschutz oder wenn die anderen schlafen gehen. Küche ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, z.B. nur kleine Tassen. Ein wesentliches Problem ist das Problem mit dem fließeenden Wasser. Es gibt Zeiten da kommt kein Wasser, über Stunden, oder es kommt nur kaltes Wasser. Warmes Wasser ist glückssache, schon passiert, dass man unter der Dusche steht eingeseift und dann kommt plötzlich kein warmes Wasser. Das Bad ist etwas beengt. Duschvorhang hilft nicht viel. Die Parkplatzsituation ist manchmal herausfordernd, Verkehr ist zu gewissen Zeiten chaotisch ums Haus.
