No front desk staff, Cannabis shops on both sides of main entrance so weed smokers always standing in and around hotel entrance. Hotel entrance is dark and dingy..Room was small but tidy, Air Con was constantly leaking water, it’s running down the wall and from A/C unit and pooling all over the floor beside bed so walking around in water getting in and out of bed. Now strangely, housekeeping would’ve noticed this when they placed fresh welcoming towels on bed upon arrival…..Water constantly dripping from ceiling in bathroom onto floor and always wet…No daily housekeeping and room bins not emptied and room not serviced daily ….Definitely no soundproofing in Room and outside noise was constant from nighttime until 03:00am - 04:00am EVERYDAY !!! Zanzibar club and outside night life noise always inside room…no working TV channels, only YouTube…No room Safe locker for valuables storage. I booked room for 5-6 days, I last 2 days and left booking and paying for another room in another hotel nearby.. No correspondence from hotel owners or staff….Hotel is very very low budget, you get what you pay for….definitely no upkeep on building…Hotel is 0.5 Star rating, maybe 1 Star at its best….best suited for the low budget, weed smokers and backpackers who don’t care about where they stay….these are just a few and the list goes on with room issues….Again, one of the WORST HOTELS !!!! I’ve stayed….hotel photos show a nice room, in REALITY, its NOISY AS HELL !!! think very carefully before you stay here.

I was meet with water leaking into the lobby. No windows in my room. Mold all over the bathroom. And a mildew smell.

Lock out for 30 min until some came out to open door .pass code did not work .tried to call number and it is inactive .sceen to enter pass code you can not read or understand buttons .pillows are very bad as per pictures . Aircon just works . On the good side room is clean . They advertise one price on line with agoda but there are add ons . Such a hassel to contact hotel with no staff and entry . For me i will notstay there again .
