A stay at Kiwi Capsule Hotel is pleasant, the nightlife is enjoyable, they have delicious Turkish food and other meals in the area

The location is good, at first we believe it would be a good stay.
But the middle aged woman with glasses made this vey unpleasant. Really rude and unwelcoming. They did not change sheet before you leave. On the second day, we would like to change the wet towel . The woman just said they would change after three days!
When asked how to deal with the wet towels, she told us to put on the capsule to dry. There is no place to dry them in the crowded room stuffed with 36 beds, no windows,
Besides, the bed sheet looks not clean when we entered.
Just avoid this bad service!

Considering the price and the location is a good value, however they have to improve and put more effort keeping the toilets clean. i check in at this place at night, the toilets were unusable, then next morning 10am check out and they were in the same condition.
