Posizione ottima; Doccia spaziosa; Box grande che tiene al riparo l'auto (in una zona dove vi è poco parcheggio libero); Aria condizionata in ogni stanza; Disponibilità dell'Host.
Non è presente nulla per lavare i panni (un lavatoio magari in bagno al posto del normale lavandino sarebbe comodo)

Tutto troppo complicato, dalla tv, all'aria condizionata che funziona se non funziona il boiler dell'acqua calda e va in blocco. La lavastoviglie, dato il costo fuori standard della casa, rispetto ad altre anche più vicine al mare, dovrebbe essere un must e invece non c è. Manca anche un semplice cencio per pulire in terra..... Insomma tutto molto ai minimi termini all'infuori del prezzo
