The host was incredibly helpful and answered my questions very quickly before my stay. We went to a gig at the 02 Academy and the property was a very good location for this. Lovely property with everything we needed. The host kindly arranged for the sofa bed to be made up before we arrived as we needed two separate beds. I couldn't fault anything. Great to be able to park outside the property and walk to the gig and into the city centre.

Easy to get to. Well equipped, smooth self check in. Towels and toiletries were provided which was a bonus.

The motion sensor light in the bathroom kept going off whilst showering!

It was nice to finally stay in a house at Oxford Retreat. The property is well-maintained and well-furnished. It is also right by the bus stop, so it was very easy to get into town. There is a very small grocery store across the road as well. We also asked if we could leave the car parked there for a while after our checkout, and they were very accommodating, which is appreciated.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and matched the photos well. We did notice a little hair left in the bathroom corner — very minor, but a touch more thoroughness in cleaning would make the stay even better. To be fair, we arrived a bit earlier than check-in and may have interrupted the cleaning process, which could explain it.
