The location was easy access to buses and a 16 minute walk from a main train station. The flat was very clean. The street is quiet with lots of cafes and a small supermarket close by.
There was no hot water in the shower... the AC did not work so the room was hot, hot, hot. The "emergency" call number is not answered even after an hour of calling non-stop. We were stuck outside and no one picked up the phone. We had another guest let us in eventually but all could have been resolved quickly if the host had picked up. The texts about the AC and water were not addressed or acknowledged.
