L'appartamento in sé e bello, peccato l'organizzazione che non esiste

E un peccato la mancata assistenza telefonica, gestita completamente da intelligenze artificiali che non risolvono il problema. Sarà stato un caso, ma la stanza aveva 2 bicchieri e 2 piatti di numero, tra l'altro sporchi in lavastoviglie.

Mancanza di stoviglie, televisione e Wi-Fi non funzionanti, letto scomodo perché materasso duro ai lati e molle in mezzo quindi vecchio. Difficoltà’ nel trovare parcheggio.

Camera molto spaziosa, dotata di tutti i servizi, staff disponibile e facilmente reperibile

Camera pulita e molto confortevole. Aveva cucina con tutti attrezzature che potevano servire. Caffe con cialde e anche lavatrice. Ottima camera e anche ottimo servizio clienti.

Séjour très agréable. Le studio est situé dans un endroit très calme et dans un quartier très sympathique où il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se restaurer. L'appartement est très propre et confortable.

Appartement un peu excentré du centre ville historique. Dommage qu'il n'y ait que du café de proposé, du thé aurait été apprécié.

Pesima atencion al cliente

Tiene lavadora.

La atencion al cliente es pesima. Me cobraron city tax de mas, me hicieron pagarlo por error del sistema y me dijeron que me lo reembolsarian, aun estoy esperando y no contestan mis mensajes. No te dan repasador ni trapo ni jabón para la cocina, solo las pastillas de lavavajillas exactas para los dias que te quedes. No te dejan una escoba ni nada para limpiar el piso en caso de necesitarlo. No hay jabon para la lavadora tampoco, tuve que comprarlo.
