Location is excellent, walking distance from the beach.
The apartment is new, clean, spacious and felt like home from the moment we walked in.
Communication from the host was excellent, timely and clear, couldn't have asked for better.
Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfy. We visited during some particularly cold weeks, but the apartment felt warm due to good insulation.
We will definitely return.
Honestly, there isn't anything we didn't like.
One tiny suggestion/request: Currently the parking garage blipper has to be touched to the reader, when entering and exiting the garage, so you have to get out of the car every time you enter/exit the garage. Other residents in the building have a remote, so they can activate the door from inside of the car, so a more convenient solution exists. :)

- great communication and friendly welcome
- new apartment, modern, bright, big enough for 6 people comfortably
- super comfy beds and fluffy towels
- pool looked clean and nice (although we didn’t use it as it was winter / raining)
- more pillows could have been provided
- not necessarily a dislike, but you should be aware that it’s not directly in the centre of estepona and is around a 20 mins walk

It was safe quite neighbourhood and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.

Mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zodat je zelf niet veel hoeft mee te nemen. Belangrijk voor mij; een Nespresso apparaat aanwezig en goede bedden. Dichtbij de haven en centrum van Estepona. Fijn zwembad, goede ligbedden. En parkeergarage aanwezig.
Groot gedeelte van de dag geen schaduw rondom het zwembad. Het uitzicht van af het balkon viel tegen.
