The shower in the main bedroom kept leaking onto the floor and the mattress under the table needs replacing, kept tripping over it. Other than that really good property to stay in

Perfect little relaxing week for the family Thankyou so much

Beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you need. Lots of storage space. Nice pool area with loungers. Easy walk into old town or the port (bit of an uphill walk back but very easy to order an uber/Bolt. Great secure underground parking. Close to supermarkets. Quiet. Lovely terrace to sit out on.

Beautiful and comfortable family apartment in Estepona

The apartment is on a hill in Estepona, about 10-15 minutes walk down hill to the old town, beach promenade and the nearest grocery store. The apartment is beautifully decorated, modern and light. The kitchen (and bathrooms) is very well equipped- I cooked Christmas lunch for 8 with a little bit of planning - not many rentals I’ve had before is as well equipped. I’d have liked a few extra tea towels to swop over (won’t cost a fortune)/ dishwasher and washing machine tablets and bin bags so I didn’t run out within 24 hrs. The terrace is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed many afternoons relaxing in the sun and breakfast out there. I didn’t mind the walk to town, and the parking was safe and secure. Super access to main travel routes from the apartment. The complex is clean, well maintained and peaceful.

There was a lot of building work going on in the area so the surrounding environment isn’t exactly aesthetic. The damage deposit (50% of the cost of my rental charge) is only returned after 30 days which seems a bit ridiculous, seeing that damage can be assessed within 48 hours of leaving the accommodation. I also think the property can benefit from electronic key mechanisms on arrival. I was told it would cost me euro 35 to have the physical keys delivered to the property and not picked up first from their office. Traveling with an 84 year old, I wasn’t up for multiple stops on check-in.

Jag gillade lägenheten – den var stor, mestadels fräsch och köket var riktigt bra.

Det jag inte gillade med lägenheten var att sängarna var för mjuka och inte särskilt sköna. Badrummet var också en katastrof – väldigt lite utrymme att duscha, och när man duschade rann vattnet ut ända till hallen. Till sist fanns det inga solstolar, så vi låg mest på gräset under dagarna.

Appartement très agréable mais gestion et Service catastrophique

L’appartement était très agréable , bien aménagé , moderne , très bien équipé et décoré avec goût , grande terrasse offrant une vue mer au loin , piscine collective couverte et chauffée , 2 emplacements de parking sécurisés avec accès direct .

Aucun accueil, aucun service de la société Room services !! Notre vol ayant pris 2 heures de retard , nous sommes arrivés quelque peu après 18h pour prendre possession des clés . Malgré notre appel annonçant notre léger retard , l’agence était fermée et aucune indication reçue pour récupérer les clés dans le boîtier situé à l’extérieur de l’agence . De nombreux appels et messages n’ont jamais suscité de réaction . Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés à la rue et avons dû trouver un hôtel disponible en urgence à 22h30 qui nous a coûté 195,63€ . Nous avons entre temps contacté Booking qui malgré leur promesse de régler le problème dans l’heure n’a rien solutionné et ils ne nous ont jamais rappelés . Pire, sans nouvelles, la deuxième personne qui nous avons rappelée chez Booking m’a même raccroché au nez ! Je suis client Genius depuis de nombreuses années et n’ai jamais vécu pareille mésaventure et désinvolture de la part de Booking . Comment puis-je récupérer la nuit d’hôtel que nous avons payée ? Je compte sur Booking sur ce point . Par ailleurs , malgré notre insistance , aucun état des lieux d’entrée et de sortie n’ont été opérés ! Sur quelle base va être remboursée la caution locative de 1000€ ? Bref , une expérience à ne souhaiter à personne vu le stress engendré en début de vacances !
