Vivienda Monterreal primera línea playa

Location was fantastic on the sea shore almost, with the sound of breaking waves. A fine balcony allowed us to appreciate the sea view and sit down with drinks. Restaurants and bars were in close proximity. A medium sized Carrefour supermarket at about 350 metres. There was a smaller one at about 250m. The premises was very spacious and 8 of us seniors had plenty of room and with sufficient bathrooms. We dined in half the time and had no problem with utensils. The 8 of us take a week away every year and this was the best property that we had in Spain for the last 7 years. Apartment was on a pedestrian street so it should be quiet but see below.

We were a bit disappointed with the quality of food when dining out. The premises would have got 11 out of ten except for the works in progress in the street outside and in the renovation of the hotel next door. Noise began about 845 most mornings but it made us get up and take a walk in the cooler morning air. These things are temporary and I felt it unfair to mark the property down.

Very large, clean, well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds & pillows. Lovely sea view. Our host Jose was very helpful & friendly, he replied to any queries immediately, he left us bottles of water, red & white wine, Cava, tea & coffee, soap, shampoo, shower gel & toilet paper. Highly recommend this apartment.

Lot of construction going on around the building but this of course is temporary. Non slip bath & shower mats required.

​Nuestra estancia en este apartamento fue sencillamente perfecta. Lo que más nos sorprendió al llegar fue lo espacioso y luminoso que es; las vistas de la playa y el paseo marítimo son espectaculares. Las estancias son realmente amplias y permiten una movilidad total, ideal si viajas en grupo o en familia. ​Destaco los siguientes puntos: ​Limpieza impecable: Todo estaba pulcro desde el momento en que entramos. Se nota que cuidan hasta el último detalle, lo cual te hace sentir cómodo y como en casa desde el primer minuto. ​Ubicación privilegiada: Está situado en una zona inmejorable. Tuvimos todo a mano: Parking público súper económico,comercios y puntos de interés turístico a pocos pasos, pero sin el ruido molesto de las calles principales. ​Comodidades de primera: El apartamento está totalmente equipado. Desde una conexión Wi-Fi estable y rápida hasta electrodomésticos modernos y camas extremadamente cómodas. No echamos nada en falta en la cocina ni en los baños. ​En resumen: Una joya de alojamiento. La relación calidad-precio es fantástica y la atención fue muy profesional. Sin duda, repetiremos en nuestro próximo viaje. ¡Totalmente recomendado!
