Carlota Apartment- Frontline Beach

Location was amazing - we had breakfast every morning, and drinks every evening on balcony watching the paseo stream by. Really easy access to town (10 min walk) and you're right on the beachfront promenade so you can get bikes and go easily down to the port and other beaches. Walk right out the front door onto the beach. Restaurants in close walking distance. The apartment has everything you need. Estepona is great and not over-touristed compared to some other towns on the Costa.

Hot water was occasionally hard to come by. Not much in the kitchen in terms of olive oil / salt / pepper etc. Otherwise all good!

The location is exceptional, with views of the beach to Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. Easy walking to all local amenities, and Restaurants. The garage parking meant there was easy access to the A7/AP7 to explore this area of coast.

The age of the property means there are a few maintenance issues.

This very spacious apartment is in a fabulous location, directly opposite La Rada beach and chiringuito Africa Beach. It has 3 bedrooms plus a study (with desk & chair) if you need to work, plus two complete bathrooms. An easy walk to the town centre, but the highlight of the property is the large balcony with gorgeous views! A very large Carrefour supermarket a 2 minute drive away (you can see it from the balcony) Another big plus point is the on-site underground parking The apartment has all that you need, including good air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom.

The property is comfortable but quite dated. Very old bathrooms and a patio doors that doesn't lock, but there are roller shutters on the patio door. Strange that the lamps in the lounge had no bulbs in them, but managed to find a few in a drawer and got them working. You might want to wedge something between the headboard and the wall in the master bedroom otherwise it will wake you every time you turn in the bed
