Gute Lage und Ausstattung. Geräumige Zimmer und Platz
Einige kleinere Mängel und Anmerkungen zur Verbesserung. Wasser in den Duschen läuft nicht immer richtig ab, Schutz vor auslaufendem Wasser und „Überschwemmung“ wäre hilfreich. Viele Ameisen auf dem Küchenboden und auf der Küchenplatte (evtl. In den Griff kriegen).

The apartment is really in the heart of the city still being in a quiet pedestrian area.
The fact that the keys had to be fetched from the local service provider's office (though only 5 minutes away by a car), and also returned when leaving, was an unpleasant surprise disclosed only when the reservation was confirmed. This is not really a complaint concerning the apartment itself and this information was promised to be displayed on the web page description in the future. When traveling with a lot of luggage and golf bags fetching the keys is not a straight forward operation especially if the transport to the property has been agreed beforehand.
