Selecta Estepona Roof Top Pool 3

Very convenient location, close to the beach (5-8 mins walk) and the main restaurant/ town area was only 10-15 mins walk. There is also a supermarket opposite! We loved the rooftop pool and its panoramic view! The appartment felt very secure as you needed a key to access main building gate then another to main building and separate one to appartment. The appartment felt very clean, modern and well equipped. Even supplied pool towels. The lady handing over our keys was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to change check in time as our bags were delayed at airport.

The main light in the main bedroom flick on and off after turned on for a minute or so but not a big issue ( used side lights). We didn’t report it so sure it would have been sorted if we had.

Apartment was spacious and modern and very clean and in a modern block.. Roof top pool was fantastic as was the gym. Location handy for old town and beach

There was a school and some building work in the vacinity. One of the ladies who managed the property was a little intrusive and insisted on coming round on our first and last day. She complained about some of the towels being dirty despite the fact we only had one each! 2 sets of keys for 4 people wasnt ideal either

Very modern, fully equipped, stylish apartment. Spotlessly clean, plenty towels and bed linen. Supermarket across the road as is the bus to Marbella that stops at San Pedro and Puerto Banus. There are also several local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

There is a school immediately behind the apartment block and there is a lot of noise from 08:30 to 13:30 - we were there during term time. Not the owner's fault but we didn't have the quiet time we were looking for. A safe would be a welcome addition as would a rubber mat for the shower base as it can get quite slippy. A grab rail in the shower would also be helpful.
