INF4.5P- modern 3 bed city apartment next to beach

Excellent location. Very spacious a lovely big balcony area.

Location is right in the middle of Estepona, everything is within walking distance, restaurants, bars, beach. Rooftop pool has spectacular views, the gym and sauna are top quality.The supermarket is literally across the road!

Late night walk to drop off keys if you have an early flight!

The apartment was lovely and bright, clean, with everything you need and located close to the beach, shops, restaurants and old town. Everything was in walking distance

Outside the apartment is ongoing construction which was incredibly noisy and started at 7am in the morning. So don't expect a lie in or a nice relaxing coffee on the balcony. At the very least, this should have been included in the listing. It was that noisy that if we'd stayed any longer I would have had to find somewhere else to stay. Secondly, although it says on the listing that the keys should be collected from the office, it does not say that the office is not within walking distance of the apartment, so when I advised the office that taxi would only do one stop; either the office or apartment, they said they would not meet us at the apartment and we'd have to get a further cab from the office to the apartment! I had my 2 kids and elderly mum in the car. I loved Espepona but would not chose to stay at this apartment again.
