The property was excellent. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the sunny hot weather. The air con was also very quite as it was an integrated system rather than separate units. The complex itself was extremely well maintained, and the pool was conveniently located near the apartment. The underground car par was also very useful and there was a lift to carry anything heavy from the car park to the apartment. The balcony on the apartment was also spacious and the views across Estepona and down to the see were lovely. There is a lot of building work happening nearby but this did not detract from our stay, and all the bedroom windows have shutters so these do well to block out any noise in the mornings. The only trade off for having lovely views was that there was a steep hill to climb in order to get to the apartment complex. Hence would recommend having a car (or using taxi's every now and then!)

The only drawback, as mentioned previously, was that the lovely views mean there is a steep climb to get back to the apartment. But this is a trade off, and its worth the exercise to get the great views. It also helps to have a car.
