There was a mix up with passports. We had sent details of us all but the one for me somehow was wrong. We arrived on a Sunday, So had to send in a photo of my photo before a keypad number at the office could be accessed (would of been a total disaster if my phone had been died. Also instruction to find the property could be improved. The street we found easily but it was very difficult to work out which block etc.

The way of picking up the keys and finding the apartment could be great fully improved.

We couldn’t fault the property, it had everything we needed and more, it was immaculately clean and very well taken care of.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The property was fantastic and had everything we wanted. Spacious, clean, well equipped. The terrace made it. The communal pool was lovely too.

Nothing really, it was a little walk away from everything like the beaches and old town but it’s fine for adults, for children walking it was a little harder but we did it and all enjoyed it.

Muy bonito cómodo y limpio

Al principio había malos olores, q se fueron quitando a lo largo de los días, y tuvimos un problema con la nevera q no enfriaba y q mandaron a un operario q se limitó a meter la mano y decir q si funcionaba, tuvimos q tirar mucha de la comida que compramos, y q en ningún momento nos dijeron de reembolsar el dinero de esa comida. Veo mal q no haya ningún trabajador q entienda español y lo peor es que nos piden una fondo de 500 euros por si hay desperfectos y q tienes q pagar sin haber visto ni la estancia según recoges las llaves, con riesgo de q haya algo mal, y al dejar las llaves no te lo devuelven en el momento ni ven la estancia contigo para darte el OK, si no q te dicen q ya te dirán y q te darán los 500 euros si todo está bien a lo largo de la semana, la nevera sigue sin funcionar…
