Super erholsamer und ruhiger Urlaub

Privater Pool ist super. Viele kleine und größere Badebuchten sind schnell zu Fuß oder Auto erreichbar. Viele gute Restaurants sind in Fußnähe. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gemüse Händler in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Fahrrad Verleih fast direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, so dass man nicht viel mitbringen muss.

Erholsamer Urlaub am Kamenjak.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, neuwertig (2025), sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, privater Pool mit Außendusche und vielen Liegen, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, die Lage am Kamenjak (tolle Strände in der Nähe), gemütliche abendliche Urlaubsstimmung und viele gute Restaurants in Premantura (Hochsaison), mehrere Bäder mit großen Duschkabinen, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Obsthändler, Pizzabäcker; Bushaltestelle (nach Pula) unmittelbar am Haus.

Morgens und abends verkehren besonders viele Fahrzeuge zum Kamenjak und zurück. Besonders unsere Terrasse (Haus 1) war dieser Geräuschkulisse ausgesetzt. Doch nach etwa zwei Tagen haben wir uns nicht mehr daran gestört. Im Haus, bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es trotzdem immer leise. Das Platzangebot der genannten Terrasse des Hauses 1 ist etwas knapp bemessen, die Liegestühle sind dicht am Pool platziert. Für uns, 4 Personen, war sie vollkommen ausreichend, bei 6 Personen könnte es etwas kuscheliger werden ;-)

Tutto, casa nuovissima, spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, 3 bagni, 3 stanze. La cosa spettacolare è sicuramente la piscina, non grandissima, ma super comoda. Posizione super strategica all'entrata del paese e sulla strada per il parco naturale di kameniak

3 piccole cose che però non influiscono sul voto. Forse un forno ed una scoperta elettrica potevano essere utili. Il giardino ancora non finito

Cudowny pobyt rodzinny w willi z basenem:))

Zarezerwowałam willę pomimo braku opinii, ponieważ byliśmy chyba jednymi z pierwszych gości. Obiekt nowiutki, czyściutki, nowoczesny, przestronny, urządzony elegancko i komfortowo. Zaryzykowałam i nie żałuję. W pobliżu willi znajdują się sklepiki (market Studenac, piekarnie, lodziarnie, itp. ) i restauracje z pysznym jedzeniem. Na plażę należy podjechać autem np. do parku Kamenjak (15e wjazd samochodem, rowerem czy pieszo za darmo) lub np. do Puli. Willa jest cudowna. Taras, stabilny stół z krzesłami, parasol, leżaki - całe dnie spędzaliśmy na świeżym powietrzu. Prywatny basen - rewelacyjny!!! Najlepsze udogodnienie. Przy basenie prysznic i basen był sprzątany w trakcie naszego 11 dniowego. Willa jest piętrowa: na górze trzy sypialnie i dwie łazienki z prysznicami, jedna z sypialni z łazienką, małżeńskie łóżka. Na dole: kuchnia ( w pełni wyposażona - duża lodówka z zamrażalnikiem, płyta, zmywarka, toster, mikrofalówka, czajnik, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki; salon z telewizorem, sofa + fotel, łazienka z prysznicem, pralka, suszaka na bieliznę. W każdej sypialni i salonie - klimatyzacja z pilotem. Sąsiedzi są w pobliżu, ale nie przeszkadzali nam. Byliśmy oddzieleni murem. Parking na terenie posesji. Bardzo bezpieczne miejsce.
